Christopher Shannon

Is definitely one to watch, he has an eye for shadows and gaps in the market

Buckler

I have a strange offish liking to buckler, it reminds me of the times when fashion used to be fun

Bottega Venetta

A collection like many we have seen before, although i adored some of there pieces, there was nothing breathtaking. not art meets fashion, but just plain

Season trends

Alexis mabille worked on the the feminisation of bohemian chic, her designs consisted of light fabrics in nude tones. and ann demeulemeesters latest collection focused on shaping and fabric and printing in black and white

Phillip lim's S/S 11 collection is full of soft fabrics and detailing, making for sensual movement, whilst he sticks to the neutrals and pan tones. his newest menswear collection showcased at new york fashion week.

Whilst alexander mcqueens collection lacks the wow factor, but has some striking sillohettes, and digital printing on his overgarments, like a smoky twist on classic English tradition.

Fuckin' 'ell

Le corps mince de Françoise are coming to Birmingham. I'm so happy i could cry. I'm making a monochrome outfit for the occasion.
more to come
